I have the same problem since the two most recent updates on Android (Samsung Tab 7 - Android 14). I have also rebooted, cleared the cache, and reinstalled, but that was useless.
I contacted the Plex engineers through the Playstore but was told to check here on the forums.
The icon for the “Channel Guide” obviously exists but I’m getting the same error: “The file associated with this item is not accessible by the server. Please verify the file exists and the necessary drive is available.”
What file? And what drive (there is only one “drive”)?
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated since finding specific channels without the Channel Guide is difficult if not impossible, particularly when the “Favorites” section is no longer available.
