Hi all, as the title sounds, I’m getting this error when trying to play media.
I’ve been running Plex successfully for several years and now suddenly this pops up.
I run Plex server on a Linux desktop and I watch 3 different ways, depending which room I am in.
1 - plex app on a PS4
2 - plex app on a Fire TV
3 - plex app on phone and chromecast
I’ve done some reading and all the advice for the above error message is that the file has been renamed or moved or the drive letter changed etc
But I’m able to watch as normal on FireTV and phone/chromecast so all the media is there and Plex knows where it is.
It’s only the PS4 app that won’t play media.
I’ve uninstalled and re-installed the app on PS4 which did not help.
Any ideas?
