Going to My Profile errors with “Something Went Wrong”. My Profile works in the web app and other functions seem OK in the Android app.
I reported the issue in this thread, debugging was added to the app, I sent logs, a dev acknowledged there was a problem and then the conversation just died, the bug is not fixed and the thread is closed
This is a disappointing reply that erodes the trust in Plex.
What are Plex subscribers supposed to do when bugs are not addressed for years in some cases, when threads just get closed? I did my part to submit logs and help debug and then the conversation just went silent and the thread got closed.
Suggestion: set up an official bug database (GitHub issues or similar) where we can properly track bugs and feature requests.

android device and android version
confirmation that this is still an active issue for you
what specifically you are selecting in the client to go to “My Profile” (there are multiple entry points to that page and I want to make sure that we are looking at the right spot)
Yes, the bug is still happening . I provided logs to @brdunn3700 in the past. On March 11 he responded:
Thanks for the logs. I see some useful stuff. I’m working with the team to determine the root cause now.
Then the conversation just died.

It happens through all paths to My Profile, e.g. click on profile pic, or Discover > My Profile.
