Cannot access my plex profile, friends tab nor my activity in the account

I have Plex Pass but this happens on desktop and on the app.

Plex Pass has nothing to do with profile, but definitely should not happen. If you have a mobile app does it happen there as well?

I’ve encountered this as well, it is preventing me from fixing my friend list (I am unable to send watch invites to some users from our account, but they are able to send to me?) I’ve tried in safari, mobile safari and edge. They all throw a big error at me when I go to “grant access”:

I was finally able to send a friend request via the phone app, but not being able to manage via the webpage is annoying, and not being able to send watch invites sucks…
