Android APP No Longer Starts to Play any Video After PMS Updated to 1.32.5.xxxx

Updated to 9.29.0.3427, still not working(if transcoded).
Tested on my both Android phones.

The log files have been provided for 9 days, so have you guys figured out what the problem is?
Or more logs !?

Apologies for the delay, would you be able to share the video you played? Looking at the client logs and it seems the file is corrupt and contains no picture data for us to display.

Could you also provide the transcoder log from Plex Media Server, after playing the video.

As I mentioned before, all other (Mac/iOS/Windows/Web) apps work well with PMS Linux 1.32.5 whether transcoded or not, except the Android app only works with direct playing but not with transcoding.
Since there are thousands of movies on my Linux server, I’m sure it’s not the movie files themselves that are causing the problem.
Are you still insisting on providing the transcoder log from PMS?

It is obvious that the issue is due to Android app not being able to play the transcoded video.
So is there a way to grab a clip from the transcoded video? Then I can send it to you guys to figure out the problem.

P.S. So many users are experiencing the problems with Android app not playing videos at all. And I am always helping for feedbacking on this issue, but why you Android app dev team still in no hurry???

All we can do is work from the logs, and the logs say the video stream is corrupted (missing NAL data in the H264 stream). We’ve not seen this issue before, so we will need the video to replicate the problem on our own devices and servers that we can debug.

We use the same version of FFmpeg on Android, as well as on iOS and the desktop platform.

If you could share a video that has this problem as well as the transcoder logs from the server (the full logs zip would be beneficial), we can look further into it and see why its not working properly.

As I said, direct play is OK, transcoding is not OK, not only one movie does, but also any one of the 5k+ movies on my server does. So even if I send you the original movie file, it would be not help for the debugging.
I think the transcoded video stream will help for debugging. Do you agree?
How could I get the transcoded video stream?

You cant get the transcoded stream, we should be able to reproduce the problem though unless its something specific with your hardware.

If you can send the servers log zip after replicating the issue, we can take a look.

Can you share the entire zip of logs? They have bits of context that will help to investigate.

You can send it me in a DM.

FYI.
After sharing logs with dev team members, confirmed this is a issue about PMS 1.32.5.+ hardware transcoding (AMD GPU).
Disabling hardware transcoding is a temporary solution.
