Plex Android App don´t play anything after Update 1.32.5.7349-6000

Hello @ll,

please help me!

Today i tried my first update for my plex media server.

It runs on a Synology Nas, with DSM 6.
It worked a long time with version 1.18.5.2309-f5213a238 on it.

Today I downloaded the recent version from the plex media server settings page and I installed it on my diskstation with the button “manuel install”.

the plex server is now up to date. In the own network, it works all.
When I go through the plex website, it works too.

But, from my mobile phones (only Samsung devices), I get erroer on all video files now.

in German:
“Fehler
Abspielen nicht möglich”

please, can somebody say whats wrong now?
I tried to downgrade the plex app on my synology, but it is not possible :frowning:

Is it possible that option “disable video trancoding” is active after update?

I cannot remember that I activated it.

I think it will work again.
