Android app recording add to library not saved

I have multiple libraries for recording TV programmes e.g. “Children’s TV Show” & “TV Shows”. In the Android app when I schedule a new recording or modify an existing recording I can select a different target library for the recording using the “Add to library” drop-down but it is not stored when I click the “Save” button. The result is that the recording always ends up in the default library. If I modify the recording in the web GUI then the target library is stored. I have been having the same problem for months so it is not new to version of software I am using.
