DVR Recording - stuck on the same library, can't change to another library to record into

I can’t seem to change the library I want movies or tv shows to record into using the DVR. It let’s you change it and save, but when you go back into the recording settings, it still keeps the previous library and it will record into the unwanted library.

Anyone else experience this bug?

Works fine using the server web gui, just noticed via Android App. Using MI A2 Phone.
