Android App showing blanks for some media

I have a Synology NAS running Plex and all is just fine. Smart TVs, ipad, remote and local cromecasts all work just fine.

Have a weird issue though, if I use an android phone to browse my library, in particular movies, some films show blank and are inaccessible.

This does not happen anywhere else, iOS, TVs, Cromecast etc. Only droid.

I will update this post with server version but I updated it three day’s ago, and it does not seem to be the issue.

Ideas?
