Nothing Plays in Android

Server Version#:1.24.5.5173 DSM 7
Player Version#: 8.25.0.28665

I have the latest stable builds of PMS on my Synology DSM7 NAS and the latest stable release of Plex Media Player installed on my Samsung S21 Ultra.

Live TV, recorded programmes and films do not load or play on my phone.

They play fine on my Nvidia Shield and via plexs web players.

Any help would be appreciated.

I’ve just updated my player to 8.25.1.28703. unfortunately there is no change and still nothing plays.

Hey! I checked the logs and from what I can tell it’s a connection issue. Could you try restarting your mobile device and your server?

I presumed because I had restarted the server and uninstalled and reinstalled the client it would have reset it… I didn’t think to restart the phone 🤦🏻
