Thanks @KarlMcC . I am trying this out and appears to work. I set it back to preferred and things worked for a bit and then stopped so I just left it disabled. We’ll see how it plays out.

I’m running 8.2.1.18636 from the play store on my phone, and works. On my FireTV I’m currently running version 7.3.1.0.16542 which works. I just upgraded the FireTV to v8.2.1.18636, and it works. What version and device are you having problms with?

I’ve installed Plex for Android 7.31.0.16542-beta and the issue is resolved (without changing the Secure Connections setting).
