Live TV Error to play Live TV at LAN

Hi at all,
I can’t play no live tv on LAN since the last updates on server or Apps, but over external network. That concerns all Apps - Android, Amazon Stick etc. I get an Error with the Message Try to restart the App and Server. As i said, Live TV runs smoothly over external networks. All other thingsaare also working fine - externally as well over LAN.

Can anybody help?
