Right now the bit rate settings apply to both the local content and the social (remote) content. I continuously have to switch back and forth between the different settings when watching content at home on my TV. It would be great to have a default setting for each of the different types of media or even at the level of the individual who shared the media with you. Having the setting at the social media library level would allow a user to set different bit rates depending on the bandwidth of the user that shared the media.
