Any update on this? I’m having the same issue on fire stick/android only. Old 8mm that was converted to mp4 files with no audio. Seems like there should be a workaround if it’s just the android client and triggered by no audio?

This should already be fixed. If not, please make a short sample, upload to a sharing site like Google Drive or Dropbox, then PM me the link to that sample.

We are aware of this issue. A fix will be included in a future update. If you are in the Android Beta program, the fix is already there to test.
