Android Devices unable to play content with 8.17.1.25326

Ever since updating to the listed player version android devices (Galaxy phones, and Nvidia Shields) are unable to play content from the plex server. I was able to confirm that the web player and IOS devices work and the issue persists for devices outside my LAN. I just attempted to update my server to 1.22.3.4392 and will update will changes.

An update to 1.22.3.4392 solved my issue. I did not download the logs before the update. I downloaded immediately after, not sure if anyone needs them since an update resolved this. If so, just ask.
