Good evening I have not been able to play the contents from my Zidoo_X9S box for a few days and I think it is a bug because other people I know who have the same Android TV box have the same problem, I would like to leave you two logs made by two devices Zidoo_X9S, I’m just a computer enthusiast but I think there is something with the Exoplayer that does not allow the play of the contents. I have obfuscated my server’s ip address for privacy, hope it is not disabling for analysis.
The problem was created in ver. when they switched to the new player. The latest working version is 7.21.1, where you can disable the new player.
As you can see, this is a well-known problem firstly reported over one year ago. So, Plex knows, but they just ignore. Maybe it’s time to request moneyback for PlexPass.
Thanks for the answer, I am using version 8.19 without problems, yes I remember that when they introduced the new player if it was not disabled it simply did not work and by changing it to off it magically returned to work, as for the refund in my case I do annual and if keep going so I will redirect to other media servers.
