I’m using an up-to-date Plex Media Server and I bought the Plex Android app. The server have a Plex Pass but not my account.
Since the new update I’m not able to download a movie or a tv show episode.
I didn’t see anything about that. I think rules about the access to the download feature changed with the update.
Can you confirm us if it’s a bug or if it’s a choice on your side ?
Note : I always have acces to my legacy downloads but I can’t download new content
