Android Error Unable to play media

Server Version#: 1.20.5.3600
Player Version#: 8.9.2.21619

I’ve struggled to find a solution anywhere for this.

Plex android works fine when connected to WIFI but fails to play most files remotely.

All I seem to get is Unable to play media

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated :slight_smile:

Please recreate the error and provide the logs from the Android app, Android, Android TV, Fire TV Logs | Plex Support.

Forgive me but I’m not too savvy with this. Is this the right information?

Yes, except don’t cut and paste the text here. Recreate the issue, enable the setting in the app, visit the URL, save the entire thing into a text file, attach the text file.
