This only seems to happen on LiveTV, I have no issues with normal TV/Movies libraries.
When tuning to channels, 90% of the time it plays the narration audio channel. When checking the audio options I see the expected “English” (no narration) is selected, which is different to what’s actually playing.
To fix the issue I have to change the audio to “Nar”, then back to “English”. This has been ongoing for a while now - I expected it to be fixed before now.
The same issue appears on multiple Android devices but not my LG TV (Plex for LG, 5.74.0) which plays the default English audio stream correctly.
