This only seems to happen on LiveTV and only Android clients, I have no issues with normal TV/Movies libraries.
When tuning to channels, 90% of the time it plays the narration audio channel. When checking the audio options I see the expected “English” (no narration) is selected, which is different to what’s actually playing.
To fix the issue I have to change the audio to “Nar”, then back to “English”. This has been ongoing for a while now - I expected it to be fixed before now.
The same issue appears on multiple Android devices (shieldtv, Pixel 8) but neither my LG TV (Plex for LG, 5.74.0) or Xbox Series X (5.76.2) which both play the default English audio stream correctly.
