Android Music Playlist Sync Hangs At 99%

Server Version#: 1.19.5.3112
Player Version#: 8.4.2.19372

I am trying to download two music playlists from my Windows 10 desktop computer with a Plex server residing on a Synology NAS to a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus smartphone. All are using the latest versions of Plex.

I have 5,165 songs in one playlist and 468 songs in the other.

Using a Chrome browser on my desktop computer, I have gone to Setting> Status> Sync and refreshed all playlists on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus. Afterwards, using the Plex app on my smartphone, I have gone to Downloads & Sync> Manage> and refreshed all playlists.

Three other playlists for music and videos with less than 100 items were able to sync successfully. The two aforementioned playlists hung at the 99% level and each displayed, “There is an error with this item.” Note that some new downloading occurs each time, but stops short of a full download, freezing at the 99% done level.

I have uninstalled and re-installed the Plex app and used various routes to effect these syncs but it always hangs at the 99% done level.

Note that my smartphone has ample spare storage capacity (currently 212GB); my storage capacity is set at 250GB for Plex and only 38GB is currently in use); and my wi-fi connection is currently over 800Mbps.

How can I fix this problem?

If I have to reduce the size of my playlists, what is the limit? There is no mention in the Plex instructions about any limits for playlists.
