Android Plex App always Direct Plays FLAC file instead of transcoding

Hi,

All previous threads have been archived so let’s try this again: the Plex Android app seems to ignore all audio transcoding settings, which is an issue for cellular/FLAC users. Can we hope to finally get this fixed please?
