Android Plex App doesent stream uploaded videos

I tried to uplad on my Synology NAS DS920 different videos both in .avi and .mp4 format.
Trying to stream them from my Plex mobile app, they stop or glitch after few seconds. Audio is still running but video don’t.
Files are correctly working on the original source or if I download them on the device

I updated the Plex server at the new one, but problem is still present.
