I recently installed Plex on a Synology DS220+. When I try to play movies on either Fire Tv or Android devices, I get the error message:
“An error occurred while trying to play this video. Please check your connection and try again.”
However, it is unlikely to be a network connection or speed problem as I am able to view the movies on a laptop with Plex player on the same network, and he quality is excellent.
