I have only just installed Plex and seem to be having terrible problems with it. As far as I can tell, the server is setup and working (works fine from a web browser) However the same cannot be said for the mobile app.
I installed and activated the app (paid my £4.29) but it just does not work properly.

SOmetimes it will read my library but not every time. If it does, then once a few items have been played returning to the library says it is empty.

It randomly stops playing although the app thinks it is still playing. Pressing the play button does nothing but sometimes pressing it again starts playback. Other times I have to exit and restart it to resume playback.

It sometimes ignores the play/pause button on my headset. This is really annoying (and potentially dangerous) as I can’t guarantee that it will pause when I need it to.
All in all I am very disappointed with the app and I would like to request a refund if anyone knows how I would go about that?
