Server Version#: can find nowhere to tell me this.

I just bought this app like 2 days ago and it already doesnt work. In reference to the android app. It will not play the videos in any of my Libraries. It either crashes and needs to restart or just sits there with a loading circle spinning. This happens mostly just spins, but sometimes at random crashes.
I can play a SINGLE individual vid but no libraries.
The app is up to date, just a couple days old and no update available.
Would you mind providing a few additional information:
What android device are you using and what OS version is it running?
Can you try to play something and then upload your logs to this thread? (You can follow the steps here to get the logs.)
Your server version (if you are running one). You can get this by opening Plex on a browser and entering settings. Then on the left panel, under your server name, select General and your server version should be displayed under your user account.
It sounds like you are having issues playing from your personal server, but I’d also like to clarify the issue. When you said you played a single video, is that video coming from your personal server, a shared server from a friend, or something that was provided by Plex?
Furthermore, you also can’t access any of the libraries, yet your home page is populated with content, is that correct?
