Plex Android app doesn't play album or a playlist properly

when playing an album or a playlist it will play the first song fine then get to the next song play for 20 sec of it and nothing it stops playing. I wake up the screen and then it start playing audio the time counter jumps back to 0:00 and will stay there unless i hit pause play button a few time.

any help would be good thanks.

I also have this problem and looking on reddit more ppl have this. I added the plex app (on my android) in the list to give full battery power to the app and not letting the app go to sleep. The problem is still there. I hope this gets fixed soon!

Playing from the mobile webbrowser is no problem. That keeps playing.

you are right @mkubiak Looks like a cemetery here. I’m considering a lifetime plex pass but with this kind of support when something is clearly wrong with the app… Makes me think twice.

Just an update. The problem is still there. Its app related. Again, when i play music from my mobile browser (chrome) i can keep playing music. When i use the plex android app the music stops after a few minutes.
