This has been an issue for a long time across multiple versions. If I am watching a video with subtitles on, and I minimize plex and switch to another app on my phone, and return later to watch the same video I was watching, subtitles will not return.
When switching back to plex, it usually brings the video I was playing previously right away without going into the home screen of the app at all. The only way I can get subtitles back is if I stop the video, and resume it again, or if I rewind 10 seconds using the rewind 10 seconds button.
Its a minor inconvenience but would love to see it fixed.
