Hello,

Im using Plex on AKAI android TV, which uses Android 7.0.

We use it for a while now, with no real issues (other being stuck some times).

For the past few days, The video is always black, with audio playing normally. That is regardless what I play.

I updated both the TV and my Plex Server, but nothing.

I have seen in these forums about disabling the ‘new player’ from the settings, but there is no such setting in the plex tv app.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Anyone? Not be able to usr Plex on TV is a big issue.

Same problem. I had to downgrade to version 8.10.
Mi box 3 enhanced. Android 5.1.
