After I accept new player UI the playback of videos (only video not audio) are stuck a few seconds after click play. Should I wait for some update or there is some fix for that?
Yep, the same exact thing happens to me. I consistently cannot load the videos on my first try using the new player. I have to go back to episode menu and click play again for the playback to work. Everything is working with the older player.
I have a Hisense H8F and the Plex app is 7.26.0.14578 (eaeeea5c).
Plex working on the Xbox One X app but on Android TV my JBL Link Bar videos stopped playing altogether - as in they don’t even load. In fact, I get the error “An error occurred while attempting to play this video. Please try restarting both the Plex Media Server and this app.”
I went into the settings, disabling/enabling things one at a time and re-testing. Turns out, disabling the new player did the trick. Once disabled, videos started playing again just fine.
