Playback error on Plex TV

Hi,

None of the videos from my PMS is getting played in Plex on my Android TV(MI Box S) and getting following error “An error occurred while attempting to play this video. Please try restarting both the Plex Media Server and this app.”

Only the way to paly videos is, to turn off “Enable new video player”

Please do the needful to fix the issue to start using new video player.

I confirm. I have the same problem. No video wants to work

I can confirm the same issue. Seemed like just after a recent mibox android upgrade

I have exactly the same problem. The new video player is not well programmed. Sometimes videos are played back incorrectly or an error message appears. I disable the new video player every time, but with every software update the new video player is automatically enabled.
