I am experimenting with an app to better automate anime naming for plex, and I created a library called “Anime.” I don’t see anime in recently added and “on deck” and other folders. Let me guess: that only works for the official Movies and TV Shows libraries? If I’m wrong, how do I fix that?
No, if it’s a TV Series library it should be Recently Added TV, if it’s a Movie library it should be in Recently Added Movies. If it’s a Personal Media library it won’t. There is an issue with those being split between libraries or ones not showing up but those are issues that have threads about them, whichever is the case you should be able to find a thread with information.
There’s also an option for the library in the Advanced tab to have a library show in search & home screen, if that’s off nothing from that library will show on any lists on the Home Tab
Hmm yeah it’s a library using the “tv shows” from the choices when creating the library. Just separate from my “TV Shows” category.
Check your Advanced settings for the library
