In Android app, if you select Menu (vertical dots in the upper right corner)->Home it doesn’t bring you back to the same place as if you’d get when you tapped the hamburger icon and selected Home.
At best, it brings you to the top of the current section. This is a very poor UE or broken feature, either way it should be fixed.

This is by design. The label is probably misleading but the idea is that the Home from the top right menu takes you to the item’s home. If it’s an item you got to by browsing through the library, then it takes you to the library home. If you got to an item from OnDeck/Recently Added/Continue Watching, it takes you to the Home Page since. It’s not meant to do the same as the Home button from the sidebar, otherwise it’s just repeating a function and there’s no need to have 2 buttons to do the same thing.
Different actions assigned to the items with the same label/title is a very poor “by design” choice. I’m surprised nobody at Plex had come to the same conclusion.
