Annoying buffering

hello.
I’ve upgraded my home setup a couple years ago and now this is it:
Server Version#: 1.40.2.8395
Player Version#: 5.82.2
TV: UE50AU7002UXRU (Wifi 5)
PMS: i5-8259U/16Gb/NVME/WS2022 (Ethernet)
NAS: synology DS1522+ (Ethernet)
Router: Keenetic Ultra

all movies libraries are NAS’s shares and added to PMS as an UNC path like \nas\share\movies

untill last approx.nine months all was fine - I was able to watch any Movie from my Library without any issue. but now not! every third or fourth Movie is buffering every 1-2 minute for 10-15 seconds! even those, that I was watched earlier without any annoying buffering. there is no HW upgrade - only SW updates.
I can’t upgrade TV and Server and all HW around the PMS each year for PMS to work fine.
How can I troubleshoot this?
what log to attach?

Last Movie I’m unable to watch right now is “Saving private Ryan” - buffering, buffering, buffering…
and this is not even 4K!! it’s fullHD Movie.
