As the title suggests I am not receiving/plex not sending any emails? obviously my email is correct but no matter how many times I press the “forgot password” or confirmation of email address button nothing comes through? I have been trying for over a week now…
I have looked into it, and it seems we tried to several password reset and email confirmation emails to your email address, but they were dropped because a previous email attempt to your current address had bounced. This happened almost a year ago, because of a RESOLVER.ADR.RecipientNotFound; Recipient not found by SMTP address lookup. I have removed the address from the bounces list, so feel free to try again and see if you receive emails again.
