I am running the latest Plex server, and Rasplex 1.6.2.123 on my Raspberry PI connected to the TV. Everything has been working perfectly with no errors, then we’re missing a lot of artwork from all the libraries. Nothing has changed in the computers, or the hookups. I haven’t moved files, or changed permissions for anything. The artwork IS showing just like it should on the PC, only on the TV Rasplex is it missing. I have tried resets, deleting \AppData\Local\Plex Media Server\Plug-in Support\Caches\ folder for the TVDB and MovieDB, then run a full refresh, still no luck. The actual media files are stored on a drivepool, but the “local application data” is stored on my C: drive not in the pool. But again, I didn’t change anything between it working, and not working. Unfortunately, the day the artwork died, there was an error message on the Rasplex TV, but neither my wife or made a note of what it said other than it had been restarted. I have had server logging on, but I don’t know what I should be looking for, and which log. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like your precache is corrupted. Reimage the Rasplex/OpenPHT SD card. Your crash either caused the corruption or was a symptom of a bigger issue. No need to focus on the Plex Media Server.

I just gave it a try and everything is back to normal. I don’t know why I didn’t do that before. I even keep an extra SD that is pre flashed with the current version of rasplex just for that.
Thanks
