Another Photo Auto Tagging Throttled Thread

Hi, i am a lifetime plex-pass subscriber and have a library on my QNAP 870 pro for my photos. I’ve been a subscriber for ~5years now and my photo library has not been auto-tagged the whole time.

I have tried removing/re-adding the library maybe 20 times already, being careful to make sure the photo tagging box is checked when i remake the library.

I just removed/re-added again and the logs read:

I had the same problem. Plex support is just not existing.
I was able to get my bank to revert the credit card charge for the lifetime pass. For you, this won*t be possible so you will have to accept that tagging will never work for you!

are any photos tagged at all? there is a 1000 item per month limit. https://support.plex.tv/articles/234976627-auto-tagging-of-photos/

Thats a negative im afraid. Remember i’ve had this photo library for years with numerous long periods of time and opportunity for photos to tag

Still throttled 1 month later, not a single photo tagged that i can see

Ok i can see a few photos have been tagged now. 4 that i’ve discovered so far lol (of 20,000)

Is there any way i can see how many have received an auto tag other than wildly typing in phrases?

e.g. a filter?
