Another “Playback was terminated by the server - Conversion failed"

Hi - I have found a few forum posts with this issue, but I guess because mine is slightly different, I started this post - if anyone thinks it’s not, please direct me to the correct posting section and I’ll be happy to keep going there. Plex was working well then it updated. Still working well, then it updated again, within a couple of days. Now, anything I want to watch plays for about 3 minutes, then stops abruptly with the following message:
““Playback was terminated by the server - Conversion failed”"

If it makes any difference, I’m watching it on an APTV4. The first time it happened, I switch on logs, and then the error happened again, so I saved my logs - I don’t see where I should attach them. If someone thinks I should go back to an earlier version of Plex, I’d be happy to do that but please explain how to do that. Thank you very much in advance.
