Hi,
i have plex installed on a windows computer, storage is on a NAS box connected to that computer.
i normally watch everything on my apple tv
recently with nearly every video, at random points in the file, playback stops and i get the error message saying “playback was terminated by the server, conversion failed or transcoder failed to start”
i tried also playing from the ios app and it gives the same error.
if i play the same video on web browser, i have no problems.
can anyone please help?
Without directly looking at your logs…its probably this issue…

This is the latest update at the time. This is a quality/bug fix update.
i was indeed on the build that broke it, so i’ve updated now and i’m on the .191
will report if it happens again or is fixed
