Another update...server can't be logged into

I have really grown so seriously dislike updating PLEX. the last several have caused it to be impossible to get logged into my own server - then days or weeks later, like magic it works…in the meantime, I get nothing - just ridiculous.

I take it, that you didn’t wanted help, but was merely venting?

And concluded this due to not providing the following:

  • OS you are running?
  • Version of PMS?
  • Logs in debug mode after reproducing your error

Cuz without the above, we are lost here if not having a Crystal Ball :wink:

sorry for the delay - 50/50 venting and wanting help.

I got it to work, by accident, as usual.

Plex is the only program/app that I have that consistently becomes a disaster 9/10 times it updates. I find this highly frustrating

If you think there is information I can provide that may help mitigate this I am all ears

I already stated a list of things we need in order to help you

My Plex Pass server haas just updated automatically. Now I can’t load the front end. My computer is an iMac running MacOS 10.14.1 Mojave. When I click on the Plex icon with the Plex running, Safari normally displays the front end. At the moment I get an error message “404 Not Found”

Update. Rebooted and it’s now working. Panic over!
