Is there any other setting other than ‘allow sync’ to let users sync content from my cloud server?
I have friends, whom I have allowed to sync content, who are told by the plex app to ask the server owner to allow sync for their account.
Obviously I have allowed them.
I have deleted and re-added the users as well, to no avail.
They are trying to download to an iPad, for example.
Files are stored on Google drive.
Using the latests PMS, though it did not work on previous versions either.
Any ideas?
