Where do i unrestrict myself ?
Are you using the admin account?
If you go under user settings and “my home” the user with a crown next to it is the admin. That user can give permission to individual accounts to sync.

yeah i’m the one with the crown…
then i go to my android device… and i try to sync music from my PlexCloud and i get this!

Ahh, you are using Plex Cloud. SYNC has not been enabled in Plex Cloud yet
