@drzoidberg33 I can confirm with a refresh this morning the ratings have started to come in. That took over a week for this specific show for updates to flow from TMDB → Plex. In future I’ll hold off for at least a week before reporting any future delays in updates.

… is the way you checked this yourself something we can check ourselves ?
It could be an instance of where certain changes on TMDB don’t set the updated time on their end, we rely on this to check what we need to update every day and if a title says it hasn’t updated since we last checked then we don’t get any changes until we do a full refresh (which I believe happens once a week).
@adriana may be able to confirm if this is the problem, I know she’s brought this up in the past.
I just looked at the request, in your instance it was likely just cached in your region and not mine.
