Any way to cycle the program guide? For many weeks now it just constantly stays at Refreshing EPG 0%
Have you rebooted the machine?
Yes all basic trouble shooting has been done. restarting services and the system, opening and closing the app, updating PMS, and windows… This has been on going for a while now…
There was a post several weeks back from a Plex Employee asking us to reboot our machines and if that didn’t resolve the issue they asked for logs. I am also running my PMS on Windows and was affected by the issue a few weeks back but a restart resolved my issue. I have also updated my machine twice today, this morning to 1.7.0 PMS and then this afternoon to 1.7.1. Both times the EPG refreshed fine for me.
I would suggest perhaps an uninstall and reinstall, then reboot machine. If that does not work perhaps post logs so hopefully a Plex Employee will see it.
Interesting, I updated my server maybe a week ago, and it is reading up to date as Version 1.5.5.3634.
Disregard, for what ever reason from the Plex console it did not show it needed an update from the 1.5…, but I went out and manually downloaded and installed the latest version, 1.7.1.3856.EPG issue now appears resolved, and server appears to be working as expected…
