I have only been able to get the EPG updating 1-2% I have never had the “Enable more frequent program guide refreshes” enabled. I have stopped PMS, deleted all of the tv.plex.providers.epg.onconnect* files, then rebooted my server, and finally restarted PMS. Is this still a gracenote/cloudflare issue?? Is there anyway I can resolve this?
Happened to me also. I did a manual refresh and 14 days came in.
How did you do a manual refresh?
Settings -> Server -< Live TV & DVR -> Refresh Program Guide

Refresh Program Guide is not an option because the guide is currently attempting to refresh.
Reboot and then try Refresh Program Guide.
Problem was with PMS on WD PR4100 NAS. Using another device as PMS worked fine. Hopefully the issue with the WD version gets worked out.
Just noticed this also. I’ve tried refreshing, rebooting, etc. Nothing seems to fix. What’s going on?
Whatever was going on back in March isn’t what’s going on now
