Anyone Know why PMS wouldn't update to version 1.18.4.2171 nvidia shield 500gb tv 2015?

Player Version#:N/A

Basically the shield trys to update to the latest pms update , downloads it starts installing …process freezes the shield for about 30-40 mins, comeback to it and it’s still sitting on the the same shield version…

Any thoughts welcome
