Hi,
The support article mentions that to update PMS on Shield, one should use the updates released through Google Play.
I believe I did that, but I think I am not using the latest version maybe? I am new to PMS so maybe I’m just being en n00b
On plex.tv it says 0.9.17.1.238-520126c on the DEVICES > SERVERS tab…

That’s a very old version.
Click on this link:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.plexapp.mediaserver.smb
Then click install and log in using the Shield Google account. Select your Shield from the dropdown. That will update the server on your Shield.

I have tried this, on my computer in google play it says I have the lated version 1.13, but clearly I don’t 1.11. How to I force the update to my shield
Are you sure you are signed into the same Google account on the Shield play store? Does it not show up at all on shield play store?
