App.Plex no funciona

Server: Western Digital My Cloud Home (NAS)
PLEX 1.18.6.2350

Access to the server from app.plex.tv (Google Chrome): Only shows the home screen. When entering Settings or Account or any movie or content it shows the banner: “Something went wrong. An unexpected error occurred.”
Access to the server from app.plex.tv (Microsoft Edge): Everything works, Settings, Account, movie playback, etc.
Access to the server from 192.168.x.xx:32400 (Chrome and Edge): Everything works, Settings, Account, movie playback, etc.
Local Client (TV): Works
Remote Client (TV): Not working

I restarted the server, but it didn’t fix it.
The issue appears to have started when I installed a WD Discovery update, version 4.3.361, on my Windows 10 PC. The 32-bit version was installed, even though my PC is 64-bit. Now the transfer speed from my PC to the NAS has dropped from 80MB/s to 10MB/s.

How can I solve this problem? Thanks

SOLUCIONADO. Ayer hubo un corte de luz, y cuando volvió, se solucionó solo el problema y pude ingresar al servidor (app Plex) a través de Google Chrome.
