app.plex.tv bringing up blank web page

When trying to access https://app.plex.tv/web/app I’m only getting the following:

The home icon / search bar / status / settings / players / account info.

The rest of the screen is blank. This happens both locally on the same network (different machine, smart phone, tablet) and from outside the network trying to get in.

All these things worked recently. I’m not sure when they stopped. I did just recently update to Plex-Media-Server-1.1.4.2757-24ffd60-en-US.exe Version 1.1.4.2757

I’m able to access the page on the local server.

The server shows “Fully accessible outside your network” and server mapping to be fine.

I’ll double check my router settings, but is there anything I need to set as far as ports in the router/forwarding other than 32400 that would effect this?j

I’ve tried logging in and out of both the server and remotely. I’ve rebooted the server and clients.

For testing purposes I set the machine to the DMZ address in the firewall. No change.

Have you tried to publish your server with a custom domain name?

Have you tried a different web browser?

If this only occurs in Internet Explorer, it may be the same as reported here.

It seems intermittent. I’m updating to the newest version now, hopefully everything is back to normal. I’ll post back if the problem continues.
