I’m sorry, I’m not sure where this topic belongs, but since it’s the online version of Plex, I think it belongs here. If not, please move it.
My films work fine, but when I clicked on ‘Media Library’ for the series, the page crashed with an unexpected error. I can’t get back to the overview either, which always worked before, as it has now been changed to a drop-down menu instead of direct links in the view.
Can anyone give me some ideas on what I can try? And no, please don’t create a new database for it – I have a few shares and I’d like to avoid having to contact everyone again for a new share.
What can I do?
Thanks
Thank you very much - this helps for the moment.
But when i click on Medaithek, it crashes again. I din’t know how to find the problem.
Yes, that reset the view and I can access the recommendations again. But as soon as I click on Media Library, the error reappears.
Do you have Emoji in the library names?
If not, I have only one other idea: a damaged database file.
Here are scripts to do the repair more conveniently: GitHub - ChuckPa/DBRepair: Database repair utility for Plex Media Server databases
Pick up the one for your Plex server operating system.
No i have not - only “Serien” as name.
I´ll try to repair - thank you. Will give feedback,.
Dear Otto,
thank you for your help - now it works after the repair of the database.
